Christian Institute Of Health Sciences & Research also known as CIHSR is a 300 bedded medical institute and it was founded in the year of 1988 as Referral Hospital which was later renamed as CIHSR and is currently a NABH Pre-Accreditation Entry Level Hospital in Nagaland. The hospital was transferred to Emmanuel Hospital Association and Christian Medical College from the Government of Nagaland in the year of 2006 and the hospital was renamed and started functioning from the November of 2007.
